Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email from us with all the shipping details within 24 hours.

To locate your shipment, you will only need your email address and the provided order number.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority. If the size isn't right or the item isn't what you expected, we offer you 30 days to return it. Simply contact us, and we'll arrange for a simple exchange or return.

Your order number is in the confirmation email you received immediately after making your purchase. It is a five-digit code.

If you did not receive this email or need additional help, our Customer Service team is available to assist you.

Our 30-day return policy allows you to return your order for any reason within one month from the date of receipt.

Item Condition:

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition, with all original tags still attached.

Sale Items:

We accept returns of items on sale or clearance. You may choose to exchange them for another product, receive store credit, or request a refund of the original purchase price.
