All orders placed before 23:00 (GMT+1) begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement, both within Spain and in all countries where we operate worldwide.

IV. Transport and Tracking

Carrier:
We work exclusively with trusted logistics partners (such as GLS and its local partners) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Confirmation and Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it.

V. Delivery Issues and Damages

If your package arrives with visible damage or if you notice that an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible.
