At Serenti Moda, your peace of mind and trust are our top priorities. If your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return, in accordance with European consumer regulations.
I. Return Eligibility Conditions
To ensure that a return request can be processed and accepted, the following requirements must be strictly met:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- All original tags (labels and security seals) and the original Serenti Moda packaging must be included.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days after delivery of the package.
II. Simplified Return Process
To initiate the return process, please follow these simple steps:

Contact our team at info@serentimoda.com, clearly stating your order number and the specific reason for the return.
Instructions:
You will receive detailed guidance on how and where to send the items.
Confirmation:
Once the package has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you confirmation of acceptance.
III. Refunds and Costs Management
Refunds:
The full amount paid for the product will be processed and refunded to your original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days after inspection.
Exchanges:
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. To obtain a different size or item, you must request a return for the original order and place a new purchase.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the unlikely event that a defective or incorrect item was received.
IV. Important Considerations
Deductions or Rejection:
If the item shows signs of use, is damaged, or is missing original components, Serenti Moda reserves the right to reject the return or apply a deduction proportional to the value of the product.
